Long story: I lived in a townhome complex where 2 of my neighbors hired terrible realtors and sold their homes (identical layout to mine) for what seemed like below-market value within the past 5 months. Those homes also languished on the market for months before being sold. How do I know those realtors were bad? I interviewed one of them and came away knowing there was no way I would hire someone with that little knowledge of the modern real estate market. The other home was sold by a large website (rhymes with bedtin) that promises low commissions and even less service. If you looked on other large real estate websites, for example, you wouldn't even know that home was ever on sale.
I'm a compulsive fixer upper kind of guy so my home is in pretty good shape, but the market was set and it was well below what I hoped to sell it for. All the other agents I interviewed (including a very highly rated one on Yelp) wanted to list at a much lower figure because the comparables were going to be bad.
Enter Jennifer and Kelly. They came in with a plan and a reasonable commission. They also saw that they could list at a higher figure than the competition (even higher than my initial estimate) because they had the know-how to pull it off. They put in a lot of legwork when it came to staging and came out with a great marketing campaign. All of this resulted in a full price offer on the very first day that we allowed showings.
From there, they ensured the sales process went smoothly with minimal interaction from me, though they were very prompt when responding to my questions, which is great as I'm dealing with adding a newborn to the family at the same time! Escrow closed on time and I got to move on with my life.
My advice to anyone is to interview multiple realtors when selling your home, but make sure to have Coleman Jordan on the list. They surpassed all my expectations and I think they'll impress you as well.

We had multiple offers on our house over asking price and closed in 15 days.
The Coleman Jordan Group pays attention to detail and is truly cares about their clients. I would highly recommend them for buying or selling your next home!

Kelly is an amazing realtor! She has an excellent personality and knows San Diego county very well. In addition to knowing the area she watches the trends and can provide excellent advice both when making offers as well as selling your home. She helped us find out first home in a very competitive market and when it came time for us to sell and upgrade she was right there with us. When it comes to purchasing or selling real estate I wouldn’t chose anyone else! We have recommended her to many people and will continue to do so!
